The situation around the World is not the best and is affecting cheerleading a lot. Gyms are closed, we are stuck at home and have too much extra time that we do not know what to do with. The course is full of safe drills for your skills that can be executed outside on the yard, in your living room, bedroom or even on your bed (just, please do not blame us if you break it). Beside all of that, you will also receive a list of mistakes and bad habits that are common in tumbling and what drills are good to fix them. 

 

 

What is Tumbling at Home – Safe Drills for Skills?

Tumbling at Home is the first tumbling product from Cheer IQ. It has been developed for all the athletes around the world to safely work on their tumbling skills while staying at home. It includes more than 70 slow motion instructional videos of tumbling drills for 12 different tumbling skills:

How long do I have access?

The access to the course is guaranteed for 6 months! How long it will take to finish the course really depends on you, we really want you to have the possibility to jump back to the specific drill any time you want and work on it!

You can actually take this course in 2 different ways: You can start at the beginning - which we recommend - go through it all and study it carefully. On the other hand, you can jump directly to the skill you want to work on and the drills that are made to fix the bad habits you have in your tumbling.
