As a club founder, Flor has navigated the challenges of growth and expansion. Through her leadership, the club has transformed from a single team into a multi-faceted organization with a reputation for excellence.
As a three-time world champion in cheerleading, Flor has a passion for coaching and developing talent. With experience coaching individuals from various countries, she has successfully transformed beginners into international competitors.
Her coaching style emphasizes positivity and inclusivity, with a focus on teaching level 7 techniques for flyers and bases. She is skilled in nurturing beginners and helping them develop into skilled coaches themselves.
Flor believes in taking small steps towards improvement and placing a strong emphasis on mastering the basics. Her ability to teach advanced moves is complemented by her ability to tailor her coaching approach to meet the individual needs of each team member.

Bobby Heap
Skills coach
Discovering cheer at university Bobby has progressed to representing his country on the national squad and with the UK’s biggest All-star team, winning multiple world championships with each and developing a skillset that he has built into his coaching style.
His approach to coaching is primarily focused on solid foundations and flyer safety. He’s been taught, though a mix of coaches from around the world, that these elements bring out the best technique and nurture the best attitudes in athletes.
He can work with athletes who are new to cheer with no related experience, building skills from body positions and grips to drills and alternative techniques. For those with some experience I focus on honing technique and building consistency. I believe in proof by demonstration, and these are the same concepts I follow
when training my own stunts.
Having based and coached each position within a routine from partner stunt and tumbling to pyramids, I work with athletes to improve struggling groups from simple intro stunts through dismounts and basket tosses.
All cheerleading programs have their own unique skills and challenges to be refined and resolved. I look forward to every opportunity to build relationships and foster an inclusive environment to develop each athlete.

Emmi Reenkola

Emmi is a seasoned cheerleader with a passion for excellence.
Her journey began 17 years ago when she joined Funky Team Cheerleades from Helsinki, one of Finland’s and Europe's premier cheerleading clubs. Since then, she has dedicated herself to the sport, pushing boundaries and inspiring others along the way as an athlete, coach and mentor.
